Bazaar Berlin opens its doors on Wednesday

• Around 500 exhibitors from 62 countries

• Bazaar Berlin takes place from 18 to 22 November 2015

Berlin, 17 November 2015 – This Wednesday it is time once again: at 11 a.m. precisely the doors open for this year’s Bazaar Berlin. That is the moment when Germany’s biggest market for beautiful things and sustainable products from around the world begins on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Around 500 exhibitors from 62 countries have made their way to Berlin to market their wares. The slogan of this year’s Bazaar Berlin is ’Where buying is giving’.

Visitors can discover, look around, marvel and naturally buy products in five themed sections just as if they were at a real bazaar. Sections include the World Market with exotic goods and typical locally made handicrafts from around the world, Art + Style, featuring fashion items with a personal touch, jewellery and accessoires, as well as Natural Living with a wide variety of health products. If visitors follow the beat of drums they will find themselves in the hall entitled Living Africa, and in the Winter at home section visitors can enjoy a pre-Christmas atmosphere.

Following the successful launch of the Fair Trade Market at last year’s event the 2015 consumer exhibition takes the idea even further. Besides fair trade fashion, for the first time there is also specific information on fair trade textiles.

Now that the northern entrance can be used for access, and with bargain ticket prices and improved parking availability, visitors will find this year’s Bazaar Berlin even more attractive. Extended opening times apply for the duration of the fair until Sunday, 22 November 2015. For more details visit
