BEWARE OF INOFFICIAL DIRECTORIES OF EXHIBITORS AND OTHER INOFFICIAL SERVICE OFFERS

We wish to make clear that Messe Berlin is not connected in any way to the publishers of the Expo Guide, EVENT FAIR, Fair Guide, etc., which offer inofficial directories of exhibitors.

We would like you to beware of contractors such as: Exhibition Housing Management (EHM) and Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS). Besides the costs for the hotel reservation they also charge high service prices. At the same time the strict and complicated cancellation policies they have make it difficult to make changes regarding already made hotel reservations.

Do not sign anything if you have doubts. If you are contacted by anyone and you are not sure, please double-check with the Bazaar team!

HYGIENE AND SAFETY CONCEPT FOR BAZAAR BERLIN 2021

Messe Berlin has developed a basic hygiene and safety concept in consultation with the responsible health authority. It is based on the assumption that the Corona pandemic situation will have improved significantly in November 2021 and that events and travel will be possible and permitted accordingly in principle. The concept is based on the following principles: Hygiene, distance and contact tracing.

The Hyiene and Safety Concept can be found here.

UPDATES ON THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 REGULATIONS ON BAZAAR BERLIN

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic special safety and hygiene measures have become necessary in order to hold trade fairs and guest events. The focus here is on the health and safety of our customers, visitors and employees. We are in close contact with the relevant public health authorities of the Land of Berlin and our measures follow the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute. The Berlin Senate provides up-to-the-minute information on containing the pandemic on its own website https://www.berlin.de/corona/.

Current information from Messe Berlin on this topic can be found here.
