In order to make your preparations as easy as possible, we will provide all of the important information for the Trade Show organization here - so that everything runs according to plan.

During the fair you will find us as usual in the Großer Stern (Exhibitor Service), level 3.

BEWARE OF INOFFICIAL DIRECTORIES OF EXHIBITORS AND OTHER INOFFICIAL SERVICE OFFERS

We wish to make clear that Messe Berlin is not connected in any way to the publishers of the Expo Guide, EVENT FAIR, Fair Guide, etc., which offer inofficial directories of exhibitors.

We would like you to beware of contractors such as: Exhibition Housing Management (EHM) and Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS). Besides the costs for the hotel reservation they also charge high service prices. At the same time the strict and complicated cancellation policies they have make it difficult to make changes regarding already made hotel reservations.

Do not sign anything if you have doubts. If you are contacted by anyone and you are not sure, please double-check with the Bazaar team!
