Application forms

We will inform you as soon as stand registration for Bazaar Berlin 2026 begins. You are welcome to send us an email in advance to bazaar@messe-berlin.de with relevant information about your company, your products, website, Facebook or Instagram page, and photos of your products. Please note that we have minimum sizes of 6 or 10 m² in our theme worlds and requests smaller than these minimum sizes will not be answered. Feel free to use our stand rental calculator to find out your participation fees.

You will register in our exhibitor portal. You register once and can then create your stand application, save it as a draft and manage your booking at any time.

We wish to make clear that Messe Berlin is not connected in any way to the publishers of the Expo Guide, EVENT FAIR, Fair Guide, etc., which offer inofficial directories of exhibitors.

We would like you to beware of contractors such as: Exhibition Housing Management (EHM) and Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS). Besides the costs for the hotel reservation they also charge high service prices. At the same time the strict and complicated cancellation policies they have make it difficult to make changes regarding already made hotel reservations.

Do not sign anything if you have doubts. If you are contacted by anyone and you are not sure, please double-check with the Bazaar team!
