The supporting program of Bazaar Berlin 2024 offers an impressive variety of experiences. From captivating fashion shows to creative workshops, there is something for everyone. The Carnival of Cultures will bring international diversity to the stage, while tarot card readings will offer mystical insights. Relax with massages in the oasis of peace (in hall 18) and let yourself be captivated by fascinating walking acts. Experience a feast for the senses and cultural discoveries at Bazaar Berlin!
Workshops
Ibiza feeling at home: Design your own boho dreamcatcher in the creative workshop and learn how to create a beautiful unique piece using lace, ribbons, and other materials.
Immerse yourself in the tradition of the centuries-old art form of henna painting and create your own designs. Ideal for anyone who wants to express their creative side.
Batik with flowers workshop - you will learn how to dye textiles naturally with plants. You will have the opportunity to dye a T-shirt, scrunchie or a pair of socks with the colors of nature and create your own plant-dyed unique piece!
Join our beginner-friendly embroidery workshop where activism meets creativity. Transform old garments into unique pieces and create your very own art stitch by stitch.
Learn the basics of origami during this workshop by folding typical Peruvian animals (such as a vicuña or a shansho). Note: The workshop will be held in English.
Design your own bracelet with Brazilian rose quartz stones in this workshop. The workshop is aimed at people with no previous experience and offers an easy and creative way to design your own jewelry (at stand 314, hall 20).
Experience Tarot card reading: Tarot goes far beyond conventional fortune-telling and becomes an important tool for self-knowledge and personal development. Carnival of Cultures live in the entrance foyer of Hall 19
At Bazaar Berlin, dance groups from the Carnival of Cultures will present spectacular dance performances. Experience the vibrant diversity of Berlin through rhythmic dances, colorful costumes and rousing music. The dancers will bring different cultures to the stage and inspire with great performances. Taking part this year:
Dance group: Koreanverein Berlin Kultur (Wed, 6 Nov 2024 at 1,2 and 3 pm)
Dance group: Berlin Indiawaale (Sunday, 10 Nov 2024 at 1 and 3 pm)
Dance group: Grupo Peru (Sunday, 10 Nov 2024 at 2 and 4 pm)
